Hi! We are Chad and Brandy Wales, and we're excited you've stopped by.

 

We've lived on the East Coast and the West Coast, but it's in the Midwest where our story began. After purchasing an expensive condo in downtown Chicago, we came across the book Rich Dad Poor Dad and the Bigger Pockets podcast. We quickly learned the power of passive income and purchased our first multiplex. While "house hacking" in that 3 unit building, our mortgage was completely paid for by our tenants. We were SOLD. The rest, as they say, is history.

 

We have 2 young kiddos, 1 dog, and a handful of investment properties. From long term rentals to short term rentals, we are hooked on real estate and the adventures in life it has provided us. From being landlords and Airbnb hosts to parents and travel enthusiasts, we look forward to sharing our Wales' tales with you.
